If you're using social media only to get freebies, you're doing it wrong! Apparently there are a lot of people out there who use their social media skills to get freebies out of stores and restaurants or else "feel the wrath" of their followers!
Sure, I've gotten freebies on occasion, but I've never gone out and threatened a business to get it. My reward out of social media is the social aspect. I like going out and meeting people in real life that I initially met online. Anything else is an awesome extra.
