Looks pretty sweet!  AMD FX processors are a bargain if you consider that Intel's 6-core enthusiast offerings start at $370, and their eight core enthusiast CPU is $1,000.

Yeah. I've run in this system for almost two years. It's time for my next build.

+Elfrick Mendez Cores doesn't necessarily mean more power. There are other factors that determine how fast a CPU is.

+Alex Webster Oh, I know all that.  I never said the FX cores were competitive with Intel's, just cheaper.

How much are you spending in your new one? I'm thinking in one that will cost around 2000

The GPU alone retails for $1529.99, but I got it at a discount.

    +Benedict Corpuz An R9 290X? What?

  13. Benedict Corpuz October 8, 2014 at 13:31 - Reply

The R9 295X2 from my new build. I got it on sale for $999.99 and then got 20% off that. I "accidentally" ordered it.
