On the heels of +NVIDIA's RAMGate fiasco in which GTX970 owners have found unexplainable performance degradation in which games were only able to utilize 3.5GB out of the 4GB memory on thier GPUs, +AMD is giving away Radeon 290X GPUs to 16 lucky users who tweet @AMDRadeon with the hashtag #IWant4GB during the 970 minute timeframe.
Why wouldn't you want to use all of the memory on your GPU?
