You'd think that most people would know how to behave on an airplane. As a flight attendant, I thank the author of this piece. I try not to be the mean flight attendant. He only comes out when he has to. I'm the one that jokes with you when he catches you with your device on.
We don't make the rules. Its our job to inform you of the rules set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration. Our main job is to provide safety for you and know how to get you out of the plane in an emergency situation, or how to save your life if need be.
