I'd never heard of a baked ziti pizza before, so I had to try it.
It seems like it would be heavy on the stomach and heavy in the hands. This was no fork and knife slice. I was able to easily eat it the proper way, folded and one-handed off of a paper plate.
The baked ziti topping was great. There was not too much and not too little of the pasta. The cheese blend in the ziti was light, but the mozzarella on the pizza made up the difference.
I really loved this baked ziti slice. Maybe I should suggest it to some local places in SF. But before that, I'm getting a second slice.
